William Tautz

William practices principally in children's family law, both private and public. He also practices in mental health law, appearing before the Court of Protection and mental health review tribunals and in education law, with a particular interest in special educational needs. In addition, he provides pre-publication advice to major newspapers and periodicals on defamation, contempt of court, etc.
