Neresh was invited to join Chambers in October 2009. He has rapidly built a busy and varied Crown Court practice, where he is regularly instructed beyond his call. Recent cases have included s.18 GBHs, false imprisonment, blackmail, witness intimidation, sexual assault, violent disorder, high value frauds and the commercial importation and supply of drugs.

Neresh has a strong commitment to the protection of civil liberties and specialises in law that surrounds protest, demonstrations and public order, advising and representing both organisations and individuals.
