Osman's defence practice ranges from terrorism, fraud, serious organised crime, homicide to violent sexual offences. He holds extensive experience within the appellate courts as well as undertaking judicial review through the application of erroneous criminal procedure and/or breach of human rights. His practice also encapsulates defending in asset recovery and confiscation proceedings before both courts of first instance and within the Court of Appeal.
Osman has lectured upon numerous topics and, in particular, on the use of forensic evidence in homicide and sexual offences. His is a visiting lecturer at the Barts and London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
