Nicola specialises in Discrimination and Employment law, Immigration and Asylum, and Public law with an emphasis on Mental Health and Community Care issues. She regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, First and Upper Tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and the Administrative Court.

Nicola also acts for clients in a range of other tribunals and in other Professional Disciplinary and Regulatory work. These include the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health), at Internal Disciplinary Board Hearings, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Bar Standards Board.
