Nick Wrack specialises in criminal defence, civil actions against police, inquests and prison law.   Nick is regularly instructed as leading counsel to defend in serious criminal cases, including most recently R v Saleem & others ( the so-called 'hate preachers' trial ) at Kingston Crown Court, in which the defendants were charged with inciting terrorism abroad, fundraising for terrorist purposes and possessing terrorist material.
