Jenny Boswell

Jenny Boswell is a specialist in the field of law relating to children including acting for parents, children's guardians and local authorities, adoption law, private law and she has a particular specialism in Care Plans and the Human Rights Act.
She has successfully applied for Geldorf injunctions for well known television personalities and her most recent significant case was that of Re M, Court of Appeal which dealt with contact denial for an autistic child.

Tooks Chambers
