Jane practises in Employment and Equality law. She is listed as a leading junior in the Legal 500. She acts for both Claimants and Respondents. She has an interest in the issue of Dignity and its application to all the protected characteristics. Recently, she has appeared in Court of Appeal proceedings, led by Sandhya Drew, acting for a gay man in relation to "outing" allegations and has appeared before the EAT, acting for a woman undergoing IVF, using developments in European law to develop the law regarding pregnancy discrimination. She is also interested in Whistleblowing claims, Unfair Dismissal and Restrictive Covenant cases. She has recently acted in High Court committal proceedings in relation to an alleged breach of an injunction regarding confidentiality obligations.

She is regularly asked by LBC radio to comment on Employment Law issues from a rights-based perspective.
