James Mehigan

James recently joined Chambers having successfully completed a 12 month pupillage at Tooks. He is developing a wide ranging criminal defence practice and has been briefed in the Crown Court and Court of Appeal. He has advised on other areas of law including prison law and public law as it relates to the criminal justice system.
