In family, all children work, public and private, with an interest in removal from the jurisdiction and Hague work. Bronwen has acted for parents, children and local authorities. She also acts for both applicants and respondents in applications for injunctions under the Family Law Act 1996, as well as simultaneous applications under the FLA and the Children Act 1989.
