Abigail Smith

Abigail practises primarily in public law, specialising in asylum, immigration, extradition, prison law and related areas. She represents in all types of immigration matters at the AIT, the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal. Her prison law practice includes hearings before the Parole Board, prison adjudications and Judicial Reviews.
