Abigail practises primarily in public law, specialising in asylum, immigration, prison law and related areas. She represents in all types of immigration matters at the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals, the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal. She is ranked for immigration in Chambers & Partners (2011). Her prison law practice includes hearings before the Parole Board, prison adjudications and Judicial Reviews.
