Snoop Dogg wins again in his appeal against refusal of entry clearance UK rap fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief as two Senior Immigration Judges rule that the UK immigration authorities were wrong to exclude Snoop from the UK on the grounds that his presence was ‘not conducive' to the public good. As became clear during the two day hearing, dvd evidence showed that it was in fact BA staff and the heavy handed actions of the police which provoked the 2006 Heathrow fracas which prompted the refusal of a visa in 2007 and taking account of his extensive good works and cuddly public image there was just no basis upon which exclusion could be justified. Snoop was represented by Amanda Weston of Tooks Chambers, instructed by Philip Trott of Bates Wells Braithwaite Solicitors.
