Government Setback Over ‘Secret Evidence’ for Control Orders

Mr Justice Collins yesterday rejected the Government argument in the cases of two men, BC and BB

Tim Moloney, Hugh Southey and Jude Bunting all appear in the control order proceedings relating to BB and BC. Collins J ruled that the decision in AF applied to control orders that imposed a less restrictive regime than those in AF.
