Trial Without Jury!

 

The Court of Appeal today ruled that the first trial without jury would take place in England & Wales

In a historic ruling the Court of Appeal allowed John Twomey's trial for a £1.75m armed robbery to be heard by a single judge on the 'very significant' likelihod of jury tampering.
