Guidance from EAT on dates of evaluation in equal pay claims

EAT gives guidance on dates of evaluation in equal pay claims, rejecting a submission by the Respondent that the jobs fell to be assessed as of one day, which would have had an impact on any test case approach. Sandhya Drew, instructed by Stefan Cross, acted for some of the test Claimants.
