3rd Kuttan Menon Memorial Lecture - Transcript and recording now available

Justice Albie Sachs talked about the same-sex marriages case in the South African Constitutional Court. A transcript and audio recording of the lecture is now available online.

On Tuesday 22 January 2008, the members of Tooks Chambers, in association with Bindmans and the Equality & Human Rights Commission, held the Third Kuttan Menon Memorial Lecture at which Justice Albie Sachs talked about the same-sex marriages case in the South African Constitutional Court.
