Civil Actions Arising From Immigration Detention (CAFID) Series of Seminars

CHALLENGING MISCONDUCT IN IMMIGRATION DETENTION is a series of training seminars for lawyers and caseworkers supported by ILPA, PAS & PALG. The course is designed and run by members of CAFID including lawyers from Bhatt Muphy, Birnberg Peirce,  Garden Court Chambers & Tooks Chambers.  

CAFID Training PART THREE: Challenging Conditions and treatment of detainees takes place at Tooks Chambers on Thursday 24th April 2008 from 4pm to 7pm. Speakers include  Hamish Arnott, Bhatt Murphy Solicitors, Harriet Wistrich, Birnberg Pierce Solicitors & Hugh Southey Tooks Chambers.
