The 3rd Kuttan Menon Memorial Lecture 'Equality of the Vineyard, or equality of the graveyard?' takes place at the Old Council Chamber, The Law Society, Chancery Lane, London, on Tuesday 22nd January.

This year the lecture is co-sponsored by Bindman & Partners and the Equality & Human Rights Commission.

The speaker, Albie Sachs, talks about the same-sex marriages case in the South African Constitutional Court. Justice Sachs was appointed to the court by Nelson Mandela in 1994.
