(3) Procedure, strategy and tactics for claimants (John Dickinson, Irwin Mitchell, and Leonie   Hirst)

(4) Workshop sessions:

(a) Article 2 and article 3 inquiries (Adam Straw)
(b) Public authority duties to vulnerable children, and age assessments. (Patrick Roche and     Rebecca Chapman)
(c) Discrimination, judicial review and article 14 (Catherine Rayner and Chris Williams).
(d) Human Rights 10 years on (Abigail Smith and Jude Bunting).

(5) Procedural fairness, getting information and tackling secret evidence (Amanda Weston).

(6) Positioning your judicial review practice at a time of public funding cuts (Simon Creighton, or another partner from Bhatt Murphy).

BSB & SRA accredited CPD: 4 hours.
Cost: £35 plus VAT if booked before the 10th September 2010, £50 plus VAT thereafter.
