(1) Recent developments in discrimination, disabilities, and offending behaviour work, in particular the case of R (Gill) v Secretary of State for Justice [2010] EWHC 364 (Admin).

(2) The recent judgement and implications of R (F) v Secretary of State for Justice - the right to review of sex offender registration.

(3) Parole delay and damages.

(4) The Data Protection Act 1998 and errors in prison records.
