The 5th Kuttan Menon Memorial Lecture is being held at The Law Society on Monday 18th January 2010 . The lecture is held in association with Bindmans LLP. Beyond Guantanamo Bay will be introduced by Joel Bennathan QC . The speaker is Clive Stafford Smith, Director of Reprieve.

Justice in a Cold Climate will be introduced by Michael Mansfield QC.

The speaker is Mr Justice Fulford.  Sir Geoffrey Bindman will give a Vote of Thanks
